At Woodhall Dental Practice, our private fee structure is designed to be fair and transparent, offering patients the flexibility to choose advanced treatments tailored to their needs. We encourage regular check-ups to detect potential issues early, allowing us to address minor problems before they require more complex and costly treatments.
Dental Insurance
Many of our patients have dental insurance, and we are happy to assist with the claims process. If you wish to claim back the cost of your treatment from your insurance provider, we can help you complete the necessary claim forms and guide you through the process. If your treatment is covered, the insurance company will send the reimbursement directly to you at home, as you will have already paid for your treatment at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments (72 hours' notice for Monday appointments). If this notice is not provided, a fee will be charged as per our policy. Keeping scheduled appointments is essential to ensure your treatment is completed within the planned timeframe. A missed appointment impacts not only the patient who missed the time but also the patient who could have used the slot, and the dental team who were fully prepared and ready to assist.
