Our Independent Scheme offers an excellent alternative for patients who prefer to avoid waiting lists while still receiving NHS-equivalent care. This unique scheme provides the same high standard of service as our NHS treatments, but with the benefit of no waiting time. You can book a routine examination appointment immediately, and the cost is lower than our private pricing, making it a more affordable option for many patients.
The materials and treatments used under the Independent Scheme will generally be similar to those available through the NHS. However, in some cases, the dentist may recommend a treatment that provides a better outcome for you. If this happens, the dentist will discuss the option with you and offer it as a choice.
Dental Insurance
If you have dental insurance, we are happy to assist you with your claims. We can help you complete the necessary claim forms and guide you through the process. Any reimbursements from your insurance provider will be sent directly to your home, as you will have already paid for your treatment upfront.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments (72 hours' notice for appointments booked on a Monday). Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee being charged. Keeping your scheduled appointment is vital to ensure that your treatment is completed on time and without unnecessary delays. A missed appointment not only affects you but also takes valuable time away from other patients who could have used that slot, and our team who were fully prepared for the session.
