Dental Insurance
Many patients have some form of Dental Insurance. If you wish to claim back the cost of your treatment from your insurance provider, we will be happy to help you fill out your insurance claim forms with you and guide you. If any of your treatment is covered, the payment from the insurance company will be sent directly to you at home. This is called a reimbursement because you will have already paid for your treatment to us.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours advance notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment (72 hours if your appointment is booked on a Monday); otherwise, a fee will be charged to your account. It is important for you to keep the scheduled dates and times to properly complete your treatment in the desired length of time. A broken appointment is a loss to many people – the patient who missed the valuable time, the patient who could have taken the valuable time, and the dentist who was fully staffed and prepared for the appointment.
