Appointments
It is the aim of this practice to provide quality dental care to our patients on schedule and to use clinical time effectively. If you are a new patient and want to book your first appointment under any of our schemes, we will endeavour to offer you one as soon as possible at a convenient time within the hours we have set aside for these schemes. Please note we reserve the right to ask you to pay a deposit where it is deemed necessary.

Existing patients who have completed a course of treatment will be offered their next routine examination appointment on the last appointment of their current treatment. We request that you make a note of this appointment in your diary or electronic devices to remind you nearer the time so that you do not miss your appointment. Please note it is the responsibility of the patients to remember their appointments.

Cancellation of an appointment

Patients are requested to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change a dental appointment. Cancellations should be made by telephone on the following telephone number – 0170737500. If you call us outside of our opening hours, please leave a message on our answering machine.

There is a fee for private and independent dental appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The fee is based on the length of the appointment and can be found in the latest private and independent price lists.
