New Patient Exam

The goal of the New Patient Exam is to discover together the current state of your dental health. This is not about scolding or lecturing – it is about finding our starting point.

Your new patient appointment will include a comprehensive exam to evaluate the health of your teeth, gums, jaw muscles, and joints. In addition, we will take X-rays, diagnostic photographs if necessary, and we may create diagnostic models. With current accurate records, our dentists can design a customised treatment plan for you based specifically on your goals and objectives. You will know the present state of your dental health and you will be able to make a decision based on these facts. You will have a step by step solution to get you to your goals and you will know the costs – all in advance. Financial Policy / Dental Insurance

Our practice is a fee-for-service practice and therefore payment is normally due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We require your complete payment the day service is rendered. This can be accomplished through cash, credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) and debit cards. Should you require a service that involves an out-of-clinic laboratory, the dental charges including any laboratory fees is payable on the day your treatment commences.

If you have insurance, we will be happy to print your treatment plan together with your payment receipts at the time of service for you to submit your claim to your insurance company.

All we need is basic details such as your full name, current address, telephone numbers, email address, date of birth, current photograph, proof of ID, NHS number, National insurance number, proof of exemption if you are entitled to any and which scheme you would like to join under.
